You can have the sharpest mind, the best product, the cleanest pitch. But if your body can’t keep up with the pressure of what you’re building, it will eventually break.

Most people in business are high-functioning and low-energy. Back tight. Neck stiff. Eyes strained. Caffeine up. Sleep down.

We call it normal. But it isn’t. And it catches up.

The CEO Slouch

If you’re reading this from a desk, there’s a good chance you’re hunched over. Shoulders rolled forward. Spine compressed. Hips locked.

You spend hours thinking clearly while your body is slowly folding in on itself.

If you’re building something great, your body should be part of that blueprint.

Fitness Is the Foundation

How I Train for the Long Game


1. Strength Training

Lifting heavy teaches you to handle resistance. In business and in life.

Three to four sessions a week. Big compound lifts. Proper form. No ego.

2. Mobility and Posture

Your laptop is killing your back.

I stretch daily. Focus on hips, spine, shoulders. Yoga once a week.

I sit on the floor sometimes. I stand often. I move in between.

3. Nutrition and Supplementation

You are what you absorb. I eat high-protein, clean meals. I take supplements based on how I want to perform, not just how I feel.

Daily staples: magnesium, electrolytes, creatine, high-quality fish oil, greens powder.

4. Rest and Rhythm

Sleep is a strategy. I protect my sleep window like I protect my business.

I wind down. I unplug. I track my recovery.

Why It Matters

When your body is in balance, your brain works better. Your energy lasts longer. Your decisions get sharper.

You don’t need to be a bodybuilder. But you need to be ready for the pressure you say you want.

If your health fails, your business follows. There is no separation.
